"ryan and gary were awesome to buy from. exceeded my expectations! my wife, son and i were welcomed from the second we drove in. i was very impressed to see my brand new 252EX being waxed when we showed up to pick it up. even the trailer was detailed and tires dressed. buying from premier was worth our drive from traverse city (and we have a crownline dealer here) gary and ryan were definately more interested in us buying from them and made it extremely worthwhile building the relationship. i intend to buy again from premier. great first class service and family feel...no pressure to buy...just comfortable experience from the beginning to the end.

My wife Tracy and I wanted to take the time and let you how very impressed we are with the level of treatment and dedication we received during the purchasing process of our new boat. We did not buy the most expensive boat you offered by any means, in fact, the boat we purchased was probably one of the most affordable boats your dealership offers. With this in mind, we feel we received a level of service that would be expected if we had purchased 10 of your most expensive products. We put an unachievable time frame request upon you plate, asked for pricing that left you with minimal profit, and we also required a crash course education on your product line in order to consummate our purchase. Not only did you full fill our expectations, you exceeded them exponentially. We cannot thank you all enough for the extra hours, effort, patience, and kindness you delivered to our family. "The purchace of our Crownline from Premier was the best family investment in fun we have made. Gary, Ryan and the whole staff were fantastic. This is a used boat that looks like new, we have received many compliments on it's appearence. Everyone wants to know where we got it.
